Liberty Grand’s clubhouse in Powell, Ohio is a burst of color and texture from the moment you walk through the doors. Fortner worked with Signature Mill Shop to bring Schottenstein Real Estate Group’s vision to life.

Liberty Grand’s common areas are packed with elegance and inspiration. With gorgeous fabrics, massive plant walls, and all the amenities you could ask for, it was the perfect project for Fortner’s team of skilled furniture makers to take on.
The team built multiple styles of banquettes. A corner banquette with vertical channeling in the coworking/cafe space along with straight banquettes featuring sewn tufts in the main common space. The workstations were then elevated with upholstered wall panels behind the computer screens.
