These spaces are photographed for listings, toured by prospective residents, and used every day by people who live there. The furniture in them has to look great, hold up through daily use, and still look fresh at renewal time.

Fortner builds custom commercial furniture for multifamily developers and property managers. We work on new construction builds and amenity refreshes across single properties and multi-property portfolios. From custom banquettes to lounge seating to outdoor pieces, every project is built to spec.

THE FORTNER PROCESS

Five steps to a successful multi-family project.

  • You approve the estimate and materials, and we get to work. Fabrics, finishes, and any COM materials are confirmed before production begins. No surprises down the line.

  • Our team comes to your property and takes precise measurements. Every dimension is verified on site before a single cut is made.

  • We produce detailed shop drawings for your review and sign-off. You see exactly what you're getting before it goes into production.

  • Once all materials are on hand and drawings are approved, your project moves into our Columbus shop. Foam, fabric, finishing. Built by hand, built to spec.

  • When production is complete, we coordinate delivery around your property's schedule and handle the install from start to finish.
