When it came time to refresh over 200 guest rooms, their team turned to Fortner for a large-scale reupholstery program that could be executed efficiently without disrupting hotel operations.

The Challenge: With a high occupancy rate and a strong emphasis on guest experience, the Hilton Columbus Downtown needed a partner who could coordinate logistics, handle high volumes, and minimize downtime. Reupholstering sleeper sofas and benches in over 200 rooms required careful planning and precision.
