The Challenge : Holey Moley is a bold, multi-sensory mini golf experience that needed custom seating and furniture solutions to match its vibrant, immersive design. With unique design challenges, strict budgets, and tight timelines, they turned to Fortner to deliver high-quality, commercial-grade seating that fit their space and brand identity.

The Solution: Fortner worked closely with partners and Holey Moley’s design team to bring their vision to life while ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. We provided custom-built banquettes, sofas and armchairs, solved design challenges for the canopy structure and banquette backs, and developed custom-printed fabrics to enhance the venue’s bold aesthetic. Our team also sourced cost-effective fabric alternatives, handled procurement, storage, and consolidated shipping for both Fortner and non-Fortner pieces, and streamlined logistics by shipping alongside other vendors’ products to minimize costs. Additionally, we reupholstered existing furniture, conducted field measurements and site reviews, and adjusted pieces as needed to ensure a perfect fit. By managing the entire process from fabrication to installation, we delivered a seamless, high-quality solution on time and within budget.
